Jennifer L. Benedict

Jennifer was born and raised less than a mile from her office in downtown Independence, MO. She is married to Dustin and has a daughter Darien and two step-sons Darby and Jamison.

Her parents also live in Independence and work with her in the office. As family is VERY important to her, she will try to minimize impact of your legal matter on you and your family.

Jennifer has been involved in over 500 bankruptcies in her career in Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska. Prior to doing consumer bankruptcy, she spent ten years working for finance companies protecting their property in bankruptcy so she knows how it works from both sides.
